Astana International University invites faculty members, researchers, and students to
take part in the Interuniversity Scientific and Methodological Seminar
on the topic “Modern Approaches to Developing Critical Thinking in Future
Informatics Teachers.”
The goal of the seminar is to share experience and best practices in
developing critical thinking (CT) competencies in the training of future
teachers of informatics, as well as to discuss the possibilities of integrating
AI-based simulators into the educational process.

In collaboration with: pedagogical universities of Kazakhstan and
international partners, including Columbia University (USA).
Seminar Program Highlights:
- Keynote presentations by leading scholars and IT education experts;
- Discussions on innovative digital tools for developing critical
thinking;
- Presentations of research projects by university faculty and
graduate students;
- Closing session and awarding of participation certificates.
