MASTERCLASS BY A PROFESSOR FROM TOMSK STATE UNIVERSITY AS PART OF THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE: THE ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN SDGs

On April 24, 2025, within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Conference AIU-2025: Kazakhstan and the International Educational Space: Cooperation for the Future, a masterclass was held on the topic “Current Trends in Human Resource Management in the Context of Globalization.” The masterclass was conducted by Doctor of Economics, Head of the Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the Institute of Economics and Management of Tomsk State University, Olga Pavlovna Nedospasova.Participants of the event included university faculty members as well as partners from the Bureau of National Statistics and ForteBank JSC.During the session, key trends in HR, recruitment, and motivation were discussed. Olga Pavlovna also presented advanced approaches in personnel management, explored methods for organizational adaptation to new realities, and shared effective techniques for developing soft skills.Human resource management is a crucial element for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 “Quality Education” and SDG 8 “Decent Work and Economic Growth.”

Holding such masterclasses contributes to a deeper understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of modern HR approaches. Participants actively asked questions, shared professional insights, and expressed interest in future collaboration.
