AIU-DORMS (dormitory)
AIU- Dorms is the dormitory of
Amanat 14 of Astana International University.
Number of seats – 380
AIU-DORMS is equipped with all
the necessary equipment for student education that meets modern requirements.
1. in one room - 4-6-8 people;
2. The dining room is equipped
with everything necessary (electric stove, dishes for each student, microwave,
washing machine (use is free), iron, etc.
3. Free Wi-Fi internet access
To ensure the safety of students
and the supervision of order, AIU-Dorms is equipped with video surveillance on
all internal and external floors.
AIU-DORMITORY Functions:
1) accounting and allocation of
places in AIU-Dorms;
2) providing AIU-Dorms with
furniture, equipment, bedding;
3) control of compliance of
AIU-Dorms residential premises with established sanitary rules and regulations;
control of compliance with the intended purpose;
4) creation of necessary living
conditions that ensure the moral and aesthetic development of future
specialists, the formation of high ethical attitudes;
5) to instill in students
knowledge of the rules of a healthy lifestyle;

Situational Center for Monitoring and Coordination
of Dormitory Operations
The Situational
Center was established to improve the efficiency of managing student
dormitories and to enhance the quality of student life.
The
Center provides 24/7 monitoring of dormitory conditions, analyzes current
situations, and coordinates communication between student bodies, university
administration, and service departments.
Key functions of the center:
- Monitoring
sanitary conditions, safety, and technical infrastructure of dormitories;
- Rapid
response to student inquiries and complaints;
- Coordination
during emergency or crisis situations;
- Maintaining
a database of requests and tracking their resolution;
- Interaction
with dormitory supervisors, student councils, and other university
divisions.
